​The original building dates from 1910 and has been 95% reconstructed since 2020. Offering 7,500 sq/ft, it has complete new architecturally designed systems of electrical, plumbing and HVAC have been installed and upgraded to manage the engineered new floor space. A fire sprinkler system and emergency exit lighting have been installed per WY Safety Code. The 20 space parking lot has been paved and is managed in cooperation with the larger paved parking lot to the north owned by the neighboring business. Occupancy for the building is 260.
